In this role, you will provide technical expertise and guidance on Reliability Engineering and Asset Management while driving a culture of continuous improvements and reliability excellence through our MEP programme, and Support Maintenance management to deliver on its objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical expert / SME on reliability engineering on site.
  • Responsible for reliability standards within the department (equipment, processes, systems and utilities).
  • Responsible for ensuring reliability standards are in line with standards set by the company and industry standards.
  • To facilitate and lead the MEP RCM & RCA program on site; using Lean Tools to identify the root cause of problems and implement effective actions to ensure non recurrence
  • Lead and participate in Kaizen events. Own Kaizen improvements; implement actions identified from Kaizen and ensure changes are sustained
  • Consult with key stakeholders and customers on a day to day basis to drive the program and eliminate issues impacting the business or supply chain.

Education & Experience:

  • Relevant third level Engineering qualification or equivalent
  • LSS Certified (Desirable)
  • 4-5 years’ experience in medium size manufacturing environment
  • Excellent communication skills
