Responsible for providing Electrical and Instrumentation leadership for major Bio plant extension project.

Responsibilities
1. E/I Tender Reviews & Meetings
2. RFI Clarifications & Addendums
3. IFT to IFC Design Reviews & Issue. (Mgt of Changes)
4. Submittal Reviews by E/I Contractor
5. Daily Schedule Progress, Updates and management of Schedule Conflicts
6. Site Quality Surveillance Audits
7. Review of TTOP “populate as you go”
8. W3 / MC System readiness & walk-downs “Safe to power Up”
9. Snag list review and closeout “Field-View”
10. Weekly Safety meetings, RAMS Reviews, Permit Approval
11. Oversight of 3rd party vendor visits / commissioning
12. LOTO management and Oversight
13. Interfaces with site systems for power and handover

* First In Kinds * Safety Plans * ITP & Test Plans * TTOP & Test Pack Review
and Approval * Execution Plan Reviews

Deliverables
1. Monitoring and attendance at Electrical meetings
2. Prompt and accurate responses to Actions arising from 1 above
3. Maintenance of a site diary/journal
4. Comments of contractor submittals and RFIs where appropriate
5. Review of contractor progress claims and comparison with field situation

Qualifications
1. Higher Level Qualification in Electrical Engineering
2. Minimum of 10 years’ experience of Construction sites and Electrical Infrastructure installation
3. Safe Pass accredited
4. Demonstrable experience of GMP systems
